Full Recovery Post Injury: An Upswing in Brittany Mahomes’ Life
Brittany Mahomes has revealed that she’s revelling in her “best life”, following her recovery from a painful injury.
Her Return to Normalcy
The previous professional footballer shared with E! News, in a recent article released on Friday, that she’s resumed her regular physical activities post suffering a back fracture owing to pelvic floor problems.
“I’m faring well. My best life is what I’m currently living. My back is finally healed, which is a relief,” she shared. “I’ve been hitting the gym without hindrances; I suppose I’ve entirely recuperated and resumed all activities I had always partaken.”
Her Dedication to Health
“Remaining on top of my health and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle for the sake of my kids and dogs is of utmost importance to me,” Brittany added.
Married to Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Brittany, a mother of two, first opened up about her back ailment through an Instagram story in March.
She had urged other mothers to “please prioritize your pelvic floor health” at that time.
An Emphasis on Pelvic Health
“Seriously. From: A woman with a fractured back,” she wrote, while opting not to disclose the exact cause of her injury.

Implications of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
A piece from the esteemed Mayo Clinic underscores that pelvic floor muscle disorder can have extensive ramifications, including impacts on the spine and hips, abdominal organ support, sexual health, as well as bowel and bladder function.
Low back pain may also indicate potential pelvic floor dysfunction, as per the Cleveland Clinic’s sources.
The Supportive Spouse
Earlier this month, Brittany’s husband, NFL star Patrick Mahomes, lauded his wife’s efforts, stating that many people “don’t grasp the extent of what she manages” for their family life.
In his conversation on the podcast “Impaulsive With Logan Paul”, he labelled Brittany Mahomes as both “a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife.”
