Media and Political Regression: Unmasking Biden’s Decline
The Ignored Reality
Recent media shifts reveal that it’s commencing to carry out its actual job—ask critical questions and hold those in power accountable. For instance, the press has begun questioning the frequent visits of a Parkinson’s expert to the White House, indicating a possible concern about President Joe Biden’s health condition that is widely perceived as declining in recent years.
This dawning curiosity over Biden’s health portrays the media’s hypocrisy. They turned a blind eye to early signs of Biden’s decline but now probe into the matter passionately, reflecting an element of duplicity.
Historically, outlets like The New York Times have dismissed health-related concerns about Biden, saying that such videos lack context or are edited. However, the shift in their attitude is marked, showcasing a shifting strategy to control the narrative.

While the media’s growing assertiveness in covering Biden’s health is commendable, it undermines public trust. Media scrutiny on Biden appears more rooted in bid to keep former president Donald Trump out of office than in honest journalism, again reflecting media’s manipulation of voters.

The deeper motivation behind media’s sudden criticism of Biden lies in its mission to avoid the re-election of Trump. This was hinted at by former New York Times executive editor Jill Abramson, voicing a concern shared across the industry.
Unfortunately, this trend indicates a clear bias and imbalances the political landscape. It could result in a potential situation wherein Trump may score an electoral college landslide and Republicans could gain substantial representation in both houses of Congress.
The media conspired along Democratic Party lines and the administration to hide significant signs of Biden’s aging from the public, encouraging them to disregard their own observations. Such tactics were used until they proved futile, resulting in a late confession from both media and Democrats that Biden might be unfit for presidency.
How Did the System Fail?
The media’s shielding of Biden is a replay of its 2020 strategy. Back then, bureaucracies, intelligence officials, and news networks were invested in elevating Biden over Trump. Through fueling of Black Lives Matter protests, intensifying Covid-19 panic, and pressuring social media platforms to curb certain news, the media colluded with internal agencies and social groups to manipulate public perception.
The Democratic Party, along with its backers and the media, took substantial measures to stop a populist and democratic socialist candidate, Bernie Sanders, from winning the nomination. Looking back, we realize that there was a financial and economic motivation behind this – the same reasoning behind fighting Trump. Democratic elites were threatened by Sanders, who prioritized American working class, promoted America-friendly trade deals, and preferred non-interventionist foreign policies.
The Long-Term Consequences
The scenario has changed since then and the Democratic Party sides with the elites, betraying its grassroots supporters. The Democratic Party’s strategy of countering the demands of Democratic base voters has proved disastrous. The socio-political elites of the party and media were so caught up in their sense of self-righteousness and loathing for Trump that they failed to anticipate the repercussions of their actions. This elitist and undemocratic approach blinded them from seeing the impending dangers they were putting their party and the nation into.
A Crisis of Legitimacy
While there is still a slim chance that Biden, or another Democrat, might defeat Trump, the growing resentment against media, intelligence agencies, and corporate establishment in the west is palpable. Despite media continuing its war on democracy and maintaining control over the narrative, the Democratic Party’s and media’s legitimacy crisis continues to grow. With the majority of Americans losing faith in institutions like the FBI and media, change is inevitable.
